The hotel rooms have been redone recently and are larger than new motels, exceeding my expectation in size. They have a nice rustic feel, reminiscent of Lake Tahoe. The service was excellent, with helpful and kind staff and a great pool area for relaxation. The location is probably the best thing about this property, close to town but in a garden setting not too far from the center. Dining was really great with lots of choices and good fruit variety. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel has attractive, updated rooms but can be noisy due to nearby foot traffic. The service was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location, while secluded, offers a relaxing retreat for a Napa Valley trip. The dining provided various options but lacked a hot breakfast. The facilities were well-suited for a tranquil stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were in excellent condition, and I was amazed by one of the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen in hotels. However, before the interview time, my room was filled with cigarette smoke from a neighbor smoking on their balcony. On the bright side, the room featured a very comfortable king-sized bed and had a large balcony overlooking a beautiful green space and pool.
